Human Resources Manager – Darbhanga, Bihar, India

Cambridge public school is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Darbhanga, Bihar, India. In this role, you will support a positive workplace, lead recruitment and employee relations, and help strengthen the organization’s workforce and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and selection to attract and retain qualified talent.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage payroll processing and support compliance with applicable regulations.
• Advise managers and employees on performance management and employee relations.
• Plan and facilitate training and development programs.
• Resolve workplace conflicts and promote a professional, positive environment.
• Review HR policies and practices regularly to assess their effectiveness.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field; HR specialization preferred.
• At least five years of experience in HR management or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and influence others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations.
• Proficiency in payroll management and performance appraisal processes.
• Knowledge of HR policies, recruitment strategies, and employee training programs.

Compensation and Work Arrangement
