Human Resources Manager

Tasks

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Support employee relations and workplace conflict resolution
• Coordinate performance reviews and employee development
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws
• Maintain HR records and support workforce planning

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant human resources experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR practices
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent certification is an advantage

Schedule

• Hybrid or On-site, with some remote opportunities depending on the employer

Pay

• Estimated Salary: $85,000 to $125,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and organisation size.
