About the role

An established Canadian organization specializing in complex demolition and heavy civil projects in Calgary.

Tasks

• Take ownership of projects from award through completion.
• Responsibility across project financials, scheduling, contracts, resources, client relationships, and overall project delivery.
• Work closely with Superintendents, Engineering, Health & Safety, and other project teams.
• Maintain a regular presence on active project sites.

Requirements

• Experienced construction project professional with a strong background in demolition or heavy civil.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Understand the financial side of project delivery.
• Enjoy managing complex, fast-paced construction projects.

Schedule

• Projects range from multi-month assignments through to larger, complex projects lasting one to two years.
