IAM/Identity Security Project Manager

Tasks

• Lead IAM and identity security projects from initiation through deployment and transition to operations.
• Coordinate implementation and migration of authentication, SSO, MFA, PAM, and identity governance solutions.
• Translate business and security requirements into project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Manage budgets, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Application, Vendor, and Business teams.
• Lead governance meetings, status reporting, executive updates, and risk reviews.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and audit controls.
• Oversee communication, training, user adoption, and operational readiness.
