Job description
One95 The Art of Immigration is hiring a full-time IATA Travel Counter Staff member in Sharjah, UAE. In this customer-facing travel agency role, you will assist clients with travel inquiries, bookings, ticketing, and travel documentation. You will help deliver accurate, efficient service and support positive travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions and explain ticketing options, fares, and travel itineraries.
- Process bookings and reservations efficiently in accordance with applicable IATA practices.
- Provide fare quotes and compare prices across routes and itineraries.
- Prepare and issue accurate travel documents, checking that required paperwork is complete.
- Respond to customer concerns and resolve service issues promptly.
- Coordinate with colleagues to support travel operations and improve service delivery.
- Keep current with travel industry updates and promotions to assist customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in travel ticketing and operations.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Familiarity with IATA practices and travel booking software.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Travel or hospitality certifications are an advantage.
