Key Responsibilities Assist customers with travel inquiries and provide detailed ticketing and travel options. Process bookings and reservations efficiently, ensuring compliance with IATA regulations. Handle customer service interactions, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Provide accurate fare quotes and compare travel routes and itineraries. Prepare and issue travel documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with team members to optimize travel operations and service delivery. Stay informed on travel industry trends and promotions to better assist clients. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in ticketing and travel operations. Strong customer service and communication skills. Familiarity with IATA procedures and travel software tools. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Relevant travel or hospitality certifications are a plus.
