Job description
Tasks
- IBM FileNet P8 5.x development, administration, and configuration
- FileNet upgrades, production deployments, and support
- FileNet APIs, bulk content updates, and Sweep-based content migration
- Vulnerability assessment and remediation
- Integration with cloud storage, object storage, and file storage
- Monitoring and alerting using Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, and Grafana
- Production incident management, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting
- Automation using Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
- API and microservices integration
- Distributed systems, application health checks, and platform stability
- Documentation and change management using Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
Requirements
- Experienced IBM FileNet Engineer with strong expertise in FileNet P8 5.x, platform administration, production support, deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Preferred Experience: Enterprise Content Management (ECM); Cloud engineering and cloud-native technologies; Production support and deployment governance; Infrastructure automation and continuous improvement
