Job description
About the role
This role supports the OUC’s IBW Program.
Tasks
- Coordinate program activities and stakeholders
- Track deliverables, requests, schedules, and resources
- Monitor authorizations, acceptance testing & inspections
- Coordinate with DOB and Fire Marshal Office
- Track compliance deadlines and issue notices
- Prepare monthly status reports and performance metrics
- Coordinate BDA maintenance and testing
- Support incident escalation and stakeholder communication
- Work with multi-agency teams and external partners
Requirements
- 6–10 years experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field, or equivalent experience
Schedule
- W2 or 1099
- Final interview in person
