IBW Project Coordinator

Tasks

• Coordinate and support IBW team tasks, including communication with building owners, integrators, testing companies, DOB, Fire Marshals and other agencies related.
• Track program deliverables, monitor requests, respond, and assign resources as needed.
• Schedule, assign, and track OUC commitments and deliverables.
• Ensure authorizations, acceptance tests, and annual inspections are executed and documented.

Requirements

• 6-10 yrs. Project support and coordination
• 6-10 yrs. tracking program progress against the project plan in an enterprise environment
• 6-10 yrs. preparing status reports
• 6-10 yrs. experience with any workflow-oriented program management software
• Bachelor’s degree in management related field or equivalent experience
• Experience with practices & concepts associated with performance monitoring and quality assurance.
• Experience with operational process associated with a well-defined workflow
• Experience in coordination and managing a multi-agency stakeholder sponsored program
• Experience with methods to develop requirements and scope of work required to maintain equipment
• Experience with providing status reports on key performance metrics utilizing data collected from information systems
• Experience with customer support, problem resolution databases, and troubleshooting techniques
