Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Explain menu items, ice cream flavors, and promotions.
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Keep the work area and ice cream display clean and organized, following food safety practices.
• Work with teammates to serve customers efficiently during busy periods and special events.
• Restock supplies, assist with inventory, and report shortages to management.
• Participate in training and development to strengthen service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly demeanor and strong customer service skills.
• Clear communication and the ability to collaborate with a team.
• Experience handling cash and financial transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Previous customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Schedule
