Identity Access Management Analyst

About the role

Rockland Trust is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to support and enhance the Bank’s access governance program. The role builds on foundational IAM responsibilities, with increased ownership in access design, process improvement, and risk mitigation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform IAM Analyst responsibilities with increased autonomy and complexity.
• Analyze and improve access provisioning workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
• Lead and coordinate user access reviews, including issue resolution and escalation management.
• Investigate and remediate access-related incidents, including inappropriate access and segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts.
• Partner with business units and IT teams to design and implement role-based access controls (RBAC).
• Support and help optimize IAM tools, including automation of provisioning and certification processes.
