Key Responsibilities Perform accurate key cutting and ignition key programming following industry standards. Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving key-related issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot ignition key problems, providing effective solutions. Maintain thorough records of services and customer interactions to ensure quality control. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all locksmithing tasks. Required and Preferred Qualifications Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle. Proven locksmithing and key cutting experience, preferably 2+ years.
