Evening and 3rd shift assignments may be required depending on the project. The Imaging Production Specialist 1 role involves four main components with opportunities to rotate among them during shifts or days: Scanning: Move prepped cartons one at a time to scanner stations, load sheets into various scanners, process, and return sheets in order. This task is primarily seated but may require standing while feeding scanners (approximately 20% of the role). Quality Control: Confirm accuracy of scanned documents. This is primarily a seated task (about 10% of the role). Release/Index: Document files and release scanned materials to customers. This is also primarily seated (about 10% of the role). Essential Functions Operate, clean, and troubleshoot scanners with attention to detail. Perform significant data input with high accuracy using computer systems. Maintain quality standards and ensure proper documentation and release of scanned materials. Safety Requirements: Protective footwear meeting ASTM F2413-11 standards with slip-resistant rating of “Better” or “Best” is mandatory.
