Schedule

Monday through Friday, with a shift of either 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or 3:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m. Evening or third-shift work may be required based on the assignment. The normal schedule is five days per week, nine hours per day, including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.

Position Overview

Pinnacle Technology is seeking an Imaging Production Specialist 1 to prepare, scan, quality-check, index, and release customer documents. Staff may rotate among work areas on different days or during a shift.

Essential Functions

• Scanning: Move prepared cartons to scanner stations, load documents into scanners, and return scanned sheets to their boxes in the same order received. Materials may be fed individually or in small batches. This work is primarily seated, with some standing while feeding scanners, and accounts for approximately 20% of the position.
• Quality: Review scanned documents for accuracy. This work is primarily seated and accounts for approximately 10% of the position.
• Release and indexing: Enter file information and release scanned materials to the customer. This work is primarily seated and accounts for approximately 10% of the position.
• Operate, clean, and troubleshoot scanners.
• Use a computer for detailed data entry and document processing.

Required Footwear

Protective footwear is required. Shoes must meet ASTM F2413-11 requirements for protective safety-toe footwear and have a slip-resistant rating designated “Better” or “Best.”

Work Location

This is an on-site position in Boyers, Pennsylvania. Remote work is not available.
