Immigration Specialist

A global business is looking to hire an experienced US Immigration Specialist in Dallas, TX.This opportunity offers 2 days work from home per week after training.
Main Responsibilities:Act as the point of contact and subject matter expert for all US Immigration inquires and questionsOversee and complete the PERM stage of the green card application process before assigning to Immigration CounselWork closely with the hiring managers across the business to educate and manage expectations on the Immigration process and the time lines involvedProduce quarterly reports visa holders, green card applicants etc.Ensure all parties are kept up to date with changes and progression of the cases where possibleObtain authorisation checks, signatures and validate supporting documentation
Key Requirements:Experience working within Employment based US inbound Immigration applicationsExperience managing the PERM processExcellent case management experience with the ability to handle a large volume of ongoing casesOutstanding organization skills and strong attention to detailComfortable working independently using your own initiativeExcellent analytical skillsBachelors Degree preferred
