The Implementation Specialist supports successful implementation project delivery by working with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to configure, deploy, and optimize enterprise software solutions. The role involves hands-on system configuration, data migration, testing, and customer training to meet client requirements accurately and efficiently. Implementation Specialists lead end-to-end client onboarding and design scalable solutions aligned with client needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Managers to execute implementation plans and deliverables.
• Participate in project kickoff, requirement reviews, and progress meetings.
• Maintain project documentation, track task progress, and communicate updates to the project team.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve issues and meet milestones.
• Configure software modules, workflows, user roles, permissions, and reporting dashboards.
• Translate customer requirements into system settings and test configurations before deployment.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system readiness for deployment.
