We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Import Export Executive Intern to join our growing team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Key Responsibilities Assist in negotiating and finalizing contracts with suppliers and partners. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for import and export activities. Conduct market research to identify potential trade opportunities and monitor industry trends. Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and logistics providers to ensure smooth operations. Support the compliance team in ensuring adherence to international trade regulations and customs procedures. Track shipment statuses and prepare reports for management to evaluate shipping efficiencies. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements within the import-export function. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related field. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on developing mutually beneficial agreements. Proficient in documentation processes for international trade, including customs paperwork. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Prior experience in market research is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with export and import software/tools is a plus. Candidate should be open to learning and ideally pursuing internships for 6 months to a year.
