In-Person Content Operator at Bitely in Miami, FL Join Bitely’s dynamic team as an In-Person Content Operator and help transform our physical products, founder insights, and customer stories into engaging social media content. This full-time role is based at our Miami headquarters and requires hands-on content creation and collaboration with our internal team. Job Responsibilities: Shoot behind-the-scenes, user-generated content (UGC)-style, and storytelling videos both in-office and on-location. Record product demonstrations, customer interactions, and short founder interviews. Capture packaging, shipping, production processes, and daily team activities to create mini-documentaries. Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) or coordinate with editors for fast execution. Publish content rapidly and iterate based on performance; volume and speed are key. Research competitor viral content and help reverse-engineer effective hooks. Set up basic lighting and audio equipment; use phone or camera to produce high-quality footage. Qualifications: Proven experience in content creation and management. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Familiarity with content management systems and digital marketing tools. Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail. This is an on-site position at our Miami, FL headquarters.
