In-Person Content Operator – Miami, FL

Bitely is hiring an in-person Content Operator in Miami, Florida, to create engaging short-form social media content. Working directly with the team at Bitely’s Miami headquarters, you’ll turn the company’s physical product, founder insights, and customer pain points into videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

This is a full-time, on-site role for someone excited to help build a brand from the ground up. It is not remote work or an agency position. You’ll document the team’s work, produce and publish content, and help the company move quickly from idea to post.

Responsibilities

• Shoot behind-the-scenes, UGC-style, and storytelling content in the office and at other locations.
• Record product footage, customer interactions, and short founder interviews.
• Capture packaging, shipping, production, and everyday team moments in a mini-documentary style.
• Edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, or coordinate with an editor to execute quickly.
• Help publish content, review performance, and iterate at a high volume.
• Research competitors’ viral content and identify hooks and formats Bitely can adapt.
• Set up basic lighting and audio, and use a phone or camera to record high-quality content.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in content creation and management.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with content management systems and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Compensation and schedule

Pay: $9999 per year. Employment: Full-time, in-person in Miami, FL. This role is not remote eligible.
