Job description
Tasks
- Answer all 800 helpline calls promptly, recording client contacts and forwarding calls to volunteer counselors when available.
- Perform daily data entry of client contacts and manage clerical tasks such as labeling, mailing, and inventory control.
- Prepare training and presentation materials for counselors and volunteer supervisors, and handle voice mail messages twice daily.
- Coordinate supplies and maintain an organized work area while ensuring accurate record‐keeping and compliance with agency policies.
