Infinity Call Services LLC is hiring a full-time Work-From-Home Call Center Representative in Cleveland, Ohio. In this customer-facing role, you’ll provide helpful, professional support by phone and contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty. The listed pay is $17 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Share accurate information about products and services with a friendly, empathetic approach.
• Record customer interactions in the company system.
• Help customers place orders, process returns, and manage accounts.
• Work with teammates and supervisors to improve service delivery.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
