Inbound Customer Service Representative – Belize City

RCC BPO is hiring a full-time Inbound Customer Service Representative in Belize City, Belize. In this on-site role, you will answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and help deliver a positive customer experience. Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with accurate, helpful information.
• Understand customer needs, address issues, and work toward effective resolutions.
• Record customer interactions and transactions accurately.
• Work with teammates to improve service processes and the customer experience.
• Share knowledge and best practices when helping train new employees.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions about challenges and successes.
• Meet or exceed service quality and performance goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Comfort using customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to multitask and remain effective under pressure.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs.

Compensation and Benefits
