Physical Therapist Full-Time at Hillside Health Care Clinic in Southern Belize

Hillside Health Care Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our full-time team in Southern Belize. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized and effective treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee rehabilitation programs with appropriate exercise prescriptions to optimize patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust therapy plans to meet therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and home exercise routines.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings to enhance clinic services.
• Serve as Clinical Instructor (CI) for Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) students during clinical rotations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Demonstrated expertise in rehabilitation, patient assessment, exercise prescription, teamwork, and communication.
• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with relevant therapy tools and equipment.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional growth.
