- Assisting customers with fraud-related inquiries and account concerns in a call center environment.
Requirements
- 12+ months of customer service experience
- 12+ months of banking or financial services experience
- 12+ months of call center experience
- 12+ months of experience working in a virtual/remote environment
- Experience handling high-volume inbound calls in banking, fraud operations, retail banking, or financial services customer support.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable assisting customers with fraud-related inquiries and account concerns in a call center environment.
