About the role

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience in quality inspection or quality engineering in a manufacturing environment (approximately 2 years or more as a guideline).
• Experience handling Incoming Quality Control (IQC) inspection processes and material quality evaluation.
• Experience managing inspection planning, inspection progress monitoring, and inspection manpower allocation.
• Hands-on experience handling nonconforming materials and NCR management.
• Experience with inspection standards, sampling plans, and quality documentation control.
• Experience training inspectors or operators on inspection methods and quality standards.
• Experience with visual inspection and dimensional measurement equipment such as CMM or OMM is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned at Furukawa Electrical Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna, Inc., Laguna Technopark, Santa Rosa, Laguna.
