Key Responsibilities Operate dedicated courier routes efficiently within Los Angeles, San Diego, Ventura, and Orange Counties. Manage high-volume deliveries with strict adherence to scheduled timelines and customer requirements. Maintain vehicle condition to meet company and safety standards, ensuring reliable service delivery. Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients to resolve issues and optimize route performance. Follow Padilo Logistics’ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee operational consistency and quality. Document delivery records accurately and submit required paperwork, including W-9 forms and insurance documentation. Comply with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations, including maintaining a clean driving record. What We're Looking For Required: Ownership or lease of a reliable vehicle suitable for courier logistics (cargo vans, sprinter vans, SUVs, box trucks, or large sedans). Valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance (commercial or personal). Ability to provide a W-9 form and maintain a clean driving record. Strong professionalism with proven ability to meet strict deadlines and follow detailed instructions. Experience in courier or logistics operations preferred but not mandatory.
