Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct property loss control inspections through on-site walkthroughs and interviews with insured parties or their contacts.
• Complete client forms, document observations, take photographs, and prepare building diagrams.
• Retrieve assignments and track their status through the inspector portal.
• Upload photos, inspection forms, diagrams, and requested details, then submit completed reports for quality assurance review.
• Deliver accurate, comprehensive reports in accordance with established procedures and client requirements.

Schedule and Compensation

• Work is scheduled during regular business hours, Monday through Friday; fieldwork is not permitted on Sundays.
• Hours are flexible, and reports may be uploaded at any time.
• Completed reports are due through the online portal within 14 calendar days.
• Payment is a flat rate per inspection, with listed rates ranging from $45 to $75. Assignments outside the service area may be bid for a higher rate.
• This is not an hourly position.
