Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from a recognized institution. Proven expertise in root canal therapy and general dentistry procedures. 1-3 years of experience in a dental practice setting preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster patient trust. Familiarity with dental practice management software is advantageous. Valid dental license to practice in Maharashtra.
