About the role
Launch your services in Walmart stores as an independent optometrist leasing space inside a Walmart store. You will take a leading role in patient care related to eye and vision care and general health and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Establish your days of practice and hours of operation.
- Control your patient schedule and set your fee schedule.
- Keep 100% of exam and professional fees.
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school and a valid state optometry license.
- Alternatively, an ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school with a valid state ophthalmology license.
- General Liability Certificate and Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
