About the role
Snelling is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations on industrial equipment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment.
- Work on conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, forklifts, compressors, and other equipment.
- Support facility upkeep, including lighting, plumbing, and general repairs.
- Assist with warehouse operations, inventory, and receiving.
- Follow OSHA, safety, and lockout/tagout procedures.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Forklift and material-handling experience required.
- Basic computer and ERP skills.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
