Key Responsibilities

• Create a child-centered learning environment that supports growth and development.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula and activities tailored for infants and toddlers.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children through vigilant supervision.
• Maintain open, effective communication with parents and guardians about child progress and development.
• Facilitate engaging, interactive learning experiences promoting physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Observe and assess children’s development regularly to tailor learning plans to individual needs.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 core Early Childhood Education (ECE) units and 3 infant-specific units.
• At least 6 months of experience in an infant classroom setting.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, including pediatric and infant certification.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to design engaging, child-centered learning experiences.
