Inside Sales Specialist

About the role

Manpower is partnering with an established company in the industrial gas and welding supply industry to find an experienced Inside Sales Specialist ready for their next career move!

Tasks

• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Drive sales growth and develop new business
• Assist customers with industrial gases, welding equipment, consumables, and related supplies
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate availability
• Collaborate with outside sales and branch operations

Requirements

• Experience in industrial gases, welding supplies, or industrial distribution (preferred)
• Previous inside or counter sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales-driven, motivated, and organized
• Leadership potential and interest in long-term growth

Schedule

• Tuesday–Saturday
• 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Temp-to-hire
• Opportunity to transition into a leadership role following permanent hire.

Pay

• $27 – $30+/HR based on experience
