Position Summary

Central States Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager (Inside Sales) to manage an assigned territory, build customer relationships, and support sales growth. This role is a primary customer contact for orders, pricing, credits, and service communication, while helping achieve territory volume and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans focused on volume, revenue, gross margin, and RMA goals.
• Handle customer quotes, orders, credits, invoices, deliveries, and project updates.
• Review customer cut lists and resolve discrepancies to support accurate order processing.
• Manage pricing, freight charges, and delivery requirements within established guidelines.
• Coordinate with Business Development Managers and Regional Sales Executives to support customer accounts.
• Assist with collections and resolution of past-due balances.
• Participate in customer visits to strengthen relationships and support business growth.
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order information in CRM and ERP systems.
• Identify at-risk accounts and support customer retention and recovery.
• Promote company products and services while providing responsive customer support.

Location and Work Arrangement

This is an on-site, full-time position. The primary location is Mount Airy, North Carolina, with Jasper, Alabama; Scottsville, Kentucky; and Graniteville, South Carolina also listed as acceptable locations.
