About the role

As an Insulation Technician at Confidential, you will perform insulation removal, blow-in insulation installation, and radiant barrier installation. You will visit job sites to inspect ongoing and completed work and help ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Perform insulation removal, blow-in insulation installation, and radiant barrier installation.
• Visit job sites to inspect ongoing and completed work.
• Check crews to ensure work is performed safely, professionally, and according to company standards.
• Identify installation issues, quality concerns, and areas requiring correction.
• Respond to customer complaints and service concerns when needed.
• Visit client locations to assess and resolve job-site issues.
• Serve as an on-call field representative to help address customer and project concerns.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving installation problems in the field.
• Communicate with the Operations Manager, Office Manager, and Crew Leaders about scheduling, projects, job-site concerns, and customer feedback.
• Help ensure projects are completed correctly, efficiently, and to customer expectations.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, crews, management, and national clients.
• Represent ATeam Home Services professionally in all interactions.
