Insulation Technician

Perform insulation removal, blow-in insulation installation, and radiant barrier installation. Visit job sites to inspect ongoing and completed work. Check crews to ensure work is being performed safely, professionally, and according to company standards. Identify installation issues, quality concerns, and areas requiring correction. Respond to customer complaints and service concerns when needed. Visit client locations to assess and resolve job-site issues. Serve as an on-call field representative to help address customer and project concerns. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving installation problems in the field. Communicate with the Operations Manager, Office Manager, and Crew Leaders regarding scheduling, projects, job-site concerns, and customer feedback. Help ensure projects are completed correctly, efficiently, and to customer expectations. Maintain professional relationships with customers, crews, management, and national clients. Represent ATeam Home Services professionally at all times.
