Integration Analyst

About the role

BlueGrace Logistics is seeking an Integration Analyst to design and implement data connections between external systems, such as a customer’s ERP, TMS, or other system, and BlueGrace’s systems. The role works with the customer’s IT team and other implementation and business stakeholders to identify integration requirements while understanding system capabilities and architecture limitations.

Responsibilities

• Review customer business processes and identify mid-level trigger points or processes that move an order through the customer’s life cycle, from entry through close.
• Work with customer management, the customer’s IT team, and implementation and business stakeholders to identify integration requirements.
• Design and implement data connections between external systems and BlueGrace’s systems.
• Prepare design documentation, process maps, and development work items as needed.

Requirements

• Relevant experience is required.
• Be able to work within a team environment and communicate effectively to relay messages and propose new ideas for greater efficiency.
• Be attentive, understand ambiguous processes, and simplify what is needed.
• Be able to work within short, mutually defined timelines and adapt to changing requirements.
• Enjoy working through complex issues, and be happy, humble, and have fun.
• Currently be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Candidates on temporary work authorization, including OPT, and candidates residing outside of the U.S. cannot be considered.
