Tasks
- Draft and prosecute patent and trademark applications
- Conduct IP research and infringement analyses
- Assist with IP litigation and dispute resolution
- Manage IP portfolios and advise clients on protection strategies
Requirements
- JD or equivalent law degree
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent STEM education, experience, or training
- Law office experience and patent/trademark agent licensing are assets, but not mandatory
