AI Fullstack Engineer

Requirements

• 5-10 years of strong hands-on full-stack development, building and running production-grade web applications and backend services (not only prototypes)
• Python and/or JavaScript / TypeScript, with a backend framework such as FastAPI, Flask, Django, Node.js or Express
• Strong React.js frontend experience
• SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL or SQL Server); REST API design and authentication / authorization
• Git, automated testing, CI/CD, Docker and a cloud platform (Azure, AWS or GCP); production deployment, monitoring and support
• Has owned technical workstreams and worked directly with business or client stakeholders to turn requirements into solutions
• Has mentored developers and run code reviews
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field
• Nice to Haves
• Hands-on Generative AI experience: RAG architecture, LLMs and vector databases (Azure OpenAI / OpenAI, LangChain, agentic workflows)
• Oil & gas, energy, utilities or marketing analytics delivery experience
• Microservices, Kubernetes or event-driven architectures; NoSQL databases
• Consulting, client-facing delivery or technical engagement management
• only those already in Canada with valid work permit will be considered.

Schedule

• Full-time Permanent
• 3 days a week to office

Pay

• $140k-$160k base
