Key Responsibilities Design and develop interior layouts, color schemes, and finishes tailored to client needs. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications. Prepare and present design proposals, incorporating client feedback and revisions. Lead and mentor a small team of junior designers through design and project management processes. Stay updated on latest design trends, materials, and sustainable practices to deliver optimal solutions. Required and Preferred Qualifications Certification in Interior Design is mandatory. Minimum 3 years of interior design experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities. Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.
