Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interior layouts, color schemes, and finishes tailored to client needs for residential and commercial projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify adherence to design specifications.
• Prepare and present detailed design proposals, incorporating client feedback and making necessary revisions.
• Lead and mentor a small team of junior designers, providing guidance on design and project management tasks.
• Stay current with the latest design trends, materials, and sustainable practices to offer innovative solutions.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Interior Design is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of interior design experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction.
• Experience with sustainable design practices is an advantage.
