REQUIREMENTS:
1. TECHNICAL DRAFTING SKILLS
- Ability to prepare 2D drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, details)
- Knowledge of dimensioning, scaling, and annotations
- Understanding of interior construction details (walls, ceilings, flooring, cabinetry)
- Familiarity with shop drawings and as-built drawings
2. SOFTWARE SKILLS
- AutoCAD (required)
- Basic knowledge of SketchUp or similar 3D software
- Ability to read and edit PDF drawings
- Basic use of Microsoft Excel / Word for documentation
