Interior Remodeling Specialist

Key Responsibilities Execute interior remodeling projects, including but not limited to carpentry, drywall installation, and painting. Assess project requirements and prepare materials and tools needed for each assignment. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations for the best remodeling solutions. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to industry safety standards. Consistently communicate with team members and management regarding project progress, challenges, and adjustments required. Inspect and troubleshoot issues in completed work to ensure high-quality results and client satisfaction. Deliver projects within budget and deadlines, tracking progress and resource allocation effectively. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. Proven experience in carpentry, drywall, and painting (minimum of 2+ years preferred). Relevant certifications in remodeling or construction are a plus. Proficient in using common tools and equipment related to interior remodeling. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail. You will be part of a dedicated team of professionals who take pride in their work.
