Job description
P-R-O Remodeling is hiring a full-time Interior Remodeling Specialist in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Join a collaborative residential remodeling team and help transform clients’ homes through quality craftsmanship, thoughtful recommendations, and reliable project delivery. This is an on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete interior remodeling work, including carpentry, drywall installation, and painting.
- Review project requirements and prepare the tools and materials needed for each assignment.
- Discuss clients’ goals and recommend practical remodeling solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following industry safety standards.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and required changes to team members and management.
- Inspect finished work, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure quality and client satisfaction.
- Track project resources and progress to help complete work on schedule and within budget.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in carpentry, drywall, and painting; at least two years is preferred.
