We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to manage medium-to-large IT projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain project governance, and ensure successful project delivery.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
✅ 7+ years of IT Project Management experience
✅ 2+ years managing large, complex, multi-year projects
✅ 2+ years of experience with Salesforce technology
✅ 2+ years of experience with Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence)
✅ Strong knowledge of PMBOK project management practices
✅ Experience with Agile Project Management and IT Governance
✅ Knowledge of cost, risk, resource, benefit, and change management
✅ Advanced knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint
✅ Strong stakeholder communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
⭐ Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP Certification (Required)
• Agile or Scrum Master Certification (Required)
• State Government project experience
• IV-D / Child Support Enforcement domain knowledge
