Job description
Deriv is hiring a full-time International Payments and Client Support Specialist in Asunción, Paraguay. In this on-site financial services role, you will help local and international clients navigate payment processes while supporting accurate, compliant international transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and monitor international payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Respond to client questions, resolve payment issues, and guide clients through transaction processes.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and payment histories.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve payment workflows and troubleshoot technical issues.
