Key Responsibilities Process and monitor international payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Provide outstanding client support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through the payment process. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transaction histories to enhance service quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve payment workflows and troubleshoot technical issues. Prepare regular reports on payment processing metrics to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement. Assist in the implementation of new payment technologies and platforms, training clients on their use. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our services remain competitive and compliant. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in payments or financial services, with a minimum of 2 years preferred. Strong knowledge of international payment systems and regulations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish. Proficient in relevant financial software tools and CRM systems. Industry-standard certifications in payments or finance are a plus.
