Internship - Recruitment Sourcing Specialist - El Salvador

Position Overview:As a CX Sourcing Specialist-Entry you work to build a healthy talent pipeline for CX hiring across assigned locations and languages for high-volume customer experience agent recruitment. You focus on learning and executing sourcing plans through cold outreach, event marketing, and campaign creation under guidance.
Key Responsabilities:Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand hiring needs and define/ adjust sourcing plansExecute cold outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms to identify potential CX agent candidatesParticipate in event marketing and recruitment campaigns to generate candidate interestBuild and maintain talent pipelines for assigned language groups or regionsPre-screen candidates to ensure basic qualification before handoff to recruitment teamTrack sourcing metrics and report on pipeline health and candidate qualityFollow up with candidates to maintain engagement and gather feedback on hiring processAssist in creating job postings and marketing materials for recruitment campaigns

Qualifications:0-1 years of experience in sourcing or recruitmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is preferredB2+ oral and written English; additional languages as required
