Inventory Clerk

Source One South is looking for an Inventory Clerk with administrative and systems-focused experience in a warehouse setting! Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Weekends and holidays as needed. Inventory Control & Administrative Experience: ✷ Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS and inventory control software. ✷ Monitor inventory levels, investigate discrepancies, and support replenishment. ✷ Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances using reports and spreadsheets. ✷ Process damaged, returned, and misordered inventory with accurate system updates. ✷ Generate reports, track metrics, and maintain data integrity. ✷ Use RF scanners to record transactions and verify stock accuracy. ✷ Audit inventory data for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. ✷ Collaborate with teams to resolve inventory issues and improve processes. Technical Skills: ✷ Cubiscan Data Capture Systems. ✷ RF Scanners and Barcode Systems. ✷ Inventory Control and Reconciliation. ✷ Cycle Counting and Inventory Audits. ✷ Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Office 365. ✷ Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). ✷ Data Entry, Validation, and Recordkeeping. ✷ Process Improvement and Quality Control. ✷ Administrative Support and Documentation. ✷ Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and Reporting). ✷ Customer Service and Professional Communication. Inventory Accuracy & Operational Support: ✷ Perform daily Driver Audits and reserve-location cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance. ✷ Investigate and resolve Missing Cycle Count (MCC) exceptions. ✷ Identify recurring issues, escalate concerns, and support corrective actions and process improvements.
