Job description
Shiva Vella is hiring a full-time iOS Developer to build and maintain mobile applications in Benito Juarez, Mexico City (CDMX). This on-site role is suited to a developer with at least two years of iOS development experience who enjoys creating reliable, high-performance applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain reusable, reliable code using Swift and Objective-C.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver user-focused features.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Integrate REST APIs with back-end services securely and efficiently.
- Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices.
- Follow iOS development trends and share knowledge with the team.
- Document development processes and application architecture.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Proficiency in SwiftUI and Objective-C.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and mobile application development best practices.
- Familiarity with Git or another version control system.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- At least two years of iOS development experience preferred.
- GraphQL experience is a plus.
- Mobile application development certifications are an advantage.
