About the Role

Freelance is seeking a confident, fluent English speaker based in Latin America for a remote IT and marketing recruiting role serving U.S.-focused clients. You will represent IT professionals in calls and conversations with U.S. companies, recruiters, and hiring managers.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of programming or software development experience, advanced spoken English, and excellent communication skills. Strong verbal communication, confidence, and natural English conversation are top priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S. companies, recruiters, and prospective clients.
• Communicate professionally in English over the phone and on video calls.
• Represent IT professionals in scheduled interviews and conversations with prospective employers.
• Clearly explain candidates' technical skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Build professional relationships with clients and business partners.
• Manage follow-up calls, emails, and ongoing communications.
• Collaborate with the internal team during U.S. business hours.
• Use AI-powered tools and communication platforms to work efficiently.

Requirements

• Based in Latin America and available to work U.S. business hours.
• Advanced English proficiency; near-native or native-level fluency preferred.
• Excellent spoken communication, pronunciation, listening, and comprehension skills.
• 2–3 years of programming or software development experience.
• Familiarity with technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java.
• Confidence speaking with U.S. clients and representing technical professionals.

Work Arrangement

This is a part-time, fully remote opportunity with Freelance. Applicants should be located in Latin America and able to collaborate during U.S. business hours.
