Key Responsibilities Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding for new hires. Perform data analysis related to employee performance metrics and provide insights to improve HR strategies. Support employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture. Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Coordinate training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance employee skills. Prepare and communicate HR-related reports and updates to management. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement HR policies and initiatives. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma with relevant HR experience. Proficiency in data analysis and HR software tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Previous experience in a human resources role is preferred. Relevant certifications in HR practices are a plus. This role will be part of a small yet dedicated HR team focused on creating a positive organizational culture. You will report directly to the HR Manager and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives.
