Remote IT and Marketing Recruiter – Latin America

LATAM - TalentBrain is hiring a remote IT and Marketing Recruiter based in Latin America. This full-time role focuses on outbound calling and representing IT professionals to U.S.-based companies, recruiters, and hiring managers. The position pays $28 per hour.

About the Role

We are seeking confident English speakers with 2–3 years of programming or software development experience. Excellent spoken English, clear communication, and the ability to engage naturally in professional phone and video conversations are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S. companies, recruiters, and prospective clients.
• Communicate professionally in English by phone and video.
• Represent IT professionals in scheduled interviews and conversations with prospective employers.
• Explain candidates’ technical skills, experience, and qualifications clearly.
• Build professional relationships with clients and business partners.
• Manage follow-up calls, emails, and ongoing communications.
• Collaborate with the internal team during U.S. business hours.
• Use AI-powered tools and communication platforms to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency; C1 or higher preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication, pronunciation, listening, and comprehension skills.
• Two to three years of programming or software development experience.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, React, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently in English.
• Comfort making cold calls and handling spontaneous conversations.
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
• Based in Latin America and able to work remotely.
