IT MANAGER

• Proven experience leading and managing IT teams, projects, and day-to-day IT operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, POS systems, inventory management systems, CCTV, and security systems, including implementation maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
• Experience in IT asset management, inventory control, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, procurement, documentation, and compliance reporting.
• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving technical issues involving servers, workstations, peripherals, network infrastructure, and business-critical operational systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, restaurant, or multi-site operations is an advantage; must be willing to travel between company sites and respond to critical system issues when required.
