About the role
Michels Corporation is seeking an IT Manager of Data Platform & Engineering to lead the development and evolution of its enterprise data platform. As a founding leader on the Enterprise Intelligence team, this role builds and leads the data engineering function, establishes engineering best practices, and delivers trusted, governed data products. The role partners across business and IT teams to enable analytics, reporting, operational insights, and AI while creating a scalable data foundation for the future.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and develop the founding data engineering team, establishing the roles, standards, and operating practices needed to support the function.
- Lead the development and evolution of the enterprise data platform.

- Partner across business and IT teams to enable analytics, reporting, operational insights, and AI.
