IT Project Manager (Agile/Digital Delivery)

Tasks

• Lead initiatives from discovery through delivery, implementation, and stabilization
• Partner with the product owner to shape and manage the pipeline of opportunities
• Manage budgets, risks, schedules, and stakeholder communications
• Work with third-party partners and vendors to make sure business needs are met
• Drive collaboration between IT and the business to create a better customer experience

Requirements

• PMP certification (required)
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years leading highly complex technology initiatives
• Proven success delivering in an Agile environment (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid)
• Strong grasp of SDLC and PDLC
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bonus: experience with distributed Agile teams, scaled Agile delivery, or certifications like CSM, PMI-ACP, PSM, or SAFe
