About the Role

Deane Bigay is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter, also known as a Technical Recruiter, to source, screen, and coordinate qualified candidates for software engineering roles. You will recruit software engineers, full-stack developers, backend engineers, frontend engineers, and other technical professionals.

The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing and communication skills, understands common technical requirements, and can identify promising candidates efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Source software engineering candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Review resumes and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to discuss experience, communication, availability, compensation expectations, and work authorization.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
• Provide regular updates on candidate status and recruiting progress.
• Help refine job descriptions and candidate outreach messages as needed.

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an IT Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, or Talent Sourcer.
• Experience recruiting software engineers or other technical candidates.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to understand basic software engineering requirements and assess candidate fit.

Compensation and Employment

This is a full-time, on-site position in Texas City, Texas, with a stated salary of $75,000 per year.
