Deane Bigay is seeking a skilled IT Recruiter to join our team in Texas City, Texas. This full-time position focuses on sourcing and recruiting top software engineering talent to support our clients' technical hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified software engineering candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes to identify candidates matching technical role requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess experience, communication skills, availability, compensation expectations, and work authorization.
• Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for software engineering positions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams efficiently.
• Provide regular updates on candidate status and recruitment progress to stakeholders.
• Assist in refining job descriptions and outreach messages to attract top talent.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as an IT Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, or Talent Sourcer.
• Proven experience recruiting software engineers, full-stack, backend, frontend developers, or other technical professionals.
• Good understanding of software engineering skills and technical requirements.
• Strong sourcing and communication skills with the ability to quickly identify qualified candidates.
