Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through candidate selection. Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and other channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate data and recruitment metrics. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and draft effective job descriptions. Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams. Support the development of recruitment strategies to improve talent acquisition outcomes. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Experience in resume screening and interview coordination. Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. 1-3 years recruitment experience, preferably in the IT sector. As part of our collaborative team, you will report directly to the HR Manager and work closely with multiple departments to align recruitment strategies with business goals. This role is based in Coimbatore and is not remote eligible.
