Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection. Source high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions. Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communications between candidates and hiring teams. Assist in developing recruitment strategies to enhance talent acquisition efforts. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS). Experience in resume screening and interview coordination. Familiarity with HR best practices and employment regulations. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT industry.
